Admissions Online

Welcome to St. Francis Xavier School, Acushnet and thank you for your interest.  If you are a new family you may submit an application for admission to begin the process.  Applications received will be held in a waitlist queue.  We will reach out via email as soon as student slots are available to enter into the enrollment process.  Please note:

  • Parents of students entering Preschool 3 should apply for the maximum number of days they hope to use, as there is no guarantee they will be available later in the year as the days fill.
  • Preschools fill on a first come, first serve basis once internal families have completed re-enrollment.
  • Parents of new students entering K-8 will be asked to schedule interviews, which will determine next steps in the acceptance process.
  • Whenever possible, a "Spend-a-Day" visit will be scheduled for new students in grades 1-8.  Formal and informal academic and social assessments will be made during such a visit.
  • If it is determined that our school is a right fit for all parties, parents will then be provided information necessary to complete the electronic enrollment process.  Submission of the electronic enrollment packet and payment of the non-refundable (per child) registration fee finalizes enrollment and holds the slot for the student.

We appreciate your interest and look forward to meeting you.  Please see the guidelines below and contact the office with any questions you may have.  Thank you!

Request More Information

Should you desire more information than is available on our school's website, please Request More Information and our Admissions Office will contact you. Please consider attending our Open House which is typically held on the last Sunday in January each year when re-enrollment opens for the following school year.  We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus, either at the Open House, or schedule another time to do so.

How to Apply

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.  Applications for the following school year will typically be accessible beginning the first week of February.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application and monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms.
